"Big Bike" Rally Training - 28/29 April

As we had to postpone the March rally training because it was only a week before the RallyMoto Sprint we thought the April training was going to be overfull, but we still have a few places with a week to go.

The format of this training is slightly different as we are running an Advanced session on the Saturday - this is for fast fire road work for experienced riders or riders that have covered our intermediate training.

Big Bike Adventure Rally 500

Hot on the heels of having run our first RallyMoto Sprint, we are all set to run a "Big" rally.

The Big Bike Adventure Rally 500 is a two day event that covers over 500 miles and is true adventure bike event consisting of a mix of road and navigation skills and a number of off road courses and "Skills Tests"

April / May Training Sessions - now include Adventure Bike Skills

For April's training session we are going to have three training groups rather than two, so the weekend will be a slightly different format.

Lyndon - aiming for Dakar in 2013

Lyndon is planning to complete in the Dakar rally in 2013 on his new Factory KTM 450 Rally bike and is also competing in the full UKRC series on the Factory bike as part of his preparations.  Remortgaging his house to buy the bike and live a life long dream of racing the Dakar was a massive commitment and only started the ball rolling.

RallyMoto Sprint - A great day at Sweet Lamb (Video)

The 1st April saw the BBRC season get away with a great RallyMoto Sprint event.

The Sprint format was new to the BBRC and was focused on creating an event for the Big Bikes to show there capability on a fast flowing fire road course with no "Show stoppers". The timed special was a demanding 12 miles, which is probably the longest special in a UK rally.
